In an increasingly competitive market, Performa Srl has decided to focus on the efficiency of its production processes and the quality of its products, obtaining certification for its Corporate Quality System in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard. With this certification, our organization is committed to achieving new and important objectives, such as maintaining high process efficiency and effectiveness, so as to always guarantee customers a product manufactured and supplied in accordance with the contractually agreed-upon terms.
By 2025, Performa Srl aims to be competitive with its product line on both the domestic and international markets, despite intense competition from other manufacturers and the period of economic uncertainty that has affected the Italian, European, and global markets, due to a significant increase in raw material costs, which has generated strong financial speculation due to armed conflicts in Europe and the Middle East.
Performa Srl is successfully navigating this challenging economic climate by offering new products and bathroom furniture lines, entirely made in Italy, through a new sales organization with agents and representatives developing new sales channels.
In 2025, the Company will continue to strengthen its collaboration project with strategic Suppliers to always be ready and competitive in meeting Customer requests in terms of quality, reliability, price, new products and delivery times, thus continuing to improve Customer Satisfaction by focusing on the quality of the product and the service provided.
The General Management of Performa Srl believes that it is of primary importance to demonstrate to external bodies, customers, suppliers, institutional bodies and certification bodies, its ability to consistently and consistently supply products that fully meet the requirements defined and requested by the customer, by Performa Srl itself and all those requirements dictated by mandatory national and/or international standards, laws, regulations and decrees required by the sector in which it operates.
The Quality System applied at Performa Srl is monitored, developed and aligned with the growth and development needs of the Company to improve the culture of efficiency and effectiveness by also analyzing the risks of environmental climate change at atto in recent years, in the creation of the Product and/or in the provision of Customer Service, in line with respect for the environment that surrounds us.
The internal objectives will be directed towards the continued growth of our business, which we have achieved with the collaboration of the entire company organization, as indicated in the system documents introduced within the Company.
The reliability and professionalism of our internal team are and will be continuously developed through education and training plans and effective communication between internal and external managers.
Our current workforce and internal infrastructure will need to be continually reviewed, improved, and analyzed to maintain our current goals and future ambitions.
The Quality Policy described above will be communicated throughout the organization, along with the related Objectives for each identified Process, to ensure that these are understood at all company levels and facilitate their achievement.
The results, both improvement and performance, will be used as targets and monitoring tools for achieving this Policy.
